This leadership position will be a key contributor in a dynamic and highly sales-driven organization. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies that are tailored to a broad range of regional and national customers, building excellent customer relationships, and achieving superior results.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Over eight years experience in strategic sales experience with advanced skills in qualifying opportunities and managing all phases of the selling process
- Strong leadership and relationship selling capabilities that create long-term relationships with internal and external customers
- An excellent track record of success at growing sales in diverse market niches
- An impressive professional and personal network of business owners and executives in commercial real estate, corporate facilities management, architecture, interior design, and other industries within the greater twin cities metro area
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency at utilizing CRM systems to obtain and manage customers, track opportunities, and measure results
- The ability to delegate projects to the fulfillment team in order to rapidly pursue the next opportunity
- A high level of ambition and integrity with an unwavering commitment to service and success
- Desire to be part of an energetic and committed sales team, share knowledge and expertise, and achieve ambitious goals
- The drive to earn a six-figure annual salary
